Humanitarian welfare and poverty alleviation
Support for communities affected by poverty, disasters and emergencies, plus income generation, employment and financial literacy.
We improve the lives of vulnerable and underserved communities through welfare, education, health and sustainable development.
Tree of Life Foundation is a Malawian non-profit, public-benefit organisation. Our core work is humanitarian welfare: supporting children, women, youth and persons with disabilities, widening access to education and healthcare, and helping families escape poverty.
This welfare work is reinforced by programmes in agriculture and food security, environmental protection, and science and research for public benefit. Every surplus is reinvested in our programmes, and we are committed to transparency and full compliance with Malawian law.
For the past three years, our Members carried out philanthropic work in their private capacity in and around Blantyre. They have now joined together under Tree of Life Foundation to expand that work.
